🦁 Lions Trail

Here's what the adopter had to say:

"Went out Friday 19th am. Same as last report .. Raking debris off track after high winds last weekend. Track in pretty good condition, managed to get a few "Derailleur" busting sticks out off the course. Cleared a few drain entries .. Hopefully all good for school holidays."

🎢 Roller Coaster

A debris declutter and tickle up on some of the features we all love so much, all done by one of our roving adopters who does work all over the forest. Chur for the mahi buddy! Love having roving legends like you! 💪✨

🌊 Taura

One of those trail adopters who just LOVES being out in the forest! 🌲❤️ Almost every week they log a trail report (essential for reporting community engagement = love for the forest = funding!) and we all reap the rewards by having an ever increasingly amazing trail to ride! Here is their report:

"I've been busy keeping the storm debris off the trail. Regular riders will notice some track widening in the start of the big trees. This will provide better sight lines and there are a couple of additions to aid drainage and our quicker riders."

Lovely, lovely! Can't wait to check it out! 🤩🚵‍♂️

🚂 Corridor

The trail adopter has popped in and given the drains a dig out to make sure this awesome trail doesn't get all boggy and slippery…and also blocked off the short cut someone is determined to reopen! Please, feel free to ride creative lines, but don't make your own trail through the bush, folks! Cheers! 🙏🌳

🌺 Apumoana

Epic adopter alert! 🚨 This week they've been up to sort out a few of the drains and the trail surface. It is a very, very long trail, but just like eating an elephant, one bite at a time gets the job done. Well done buddy!

And what has the trail crew been up to?

Getting all the trails in the Whaka Carpark area super tidy for the school holidays! We are talking Dipper, Tahi, Kids Loop, Rosebank, Creek and more!

Plus for the bigger kids Boulderdash, Challenge Roadside, Challenge Uphill, Rockdrop, Riff Raff, Divine Wind, Tumeke, and Yeet Street!

Basically, the forest is running mint so get out there!
