Woohoo! 🙌 Adopter back from 5 months off injured 💪 Took a mate up to help do the hard stuff — dug out drains, cleared away some riffraff hanging on the trail. Nice to see someone had blown the top half, and that the trail’s still lookin’ good after a summer of neglect. Awesome to have you back, buddy! 🛠️💚

🌿 Apumoana

The trail adopter’s been up clearing drains and giving the trail a tidy. Pretty amazing stuff really — can’t wait to put in some laps this weekend! Best uphill trail in the forest I reckon, so many sick trails up top! 🚵‍♀️🌄

🧠 No Brains

The Brains Trust have kicked off their winter working bees 🐝 — from the tippy top to the bottom, getting it primo for next summer. These are some of the hardest-working folks in the forest and we are super grateful. Chur team! 🙏❤️

Nothing beats a fresh berm, and this one is a beauty! 👌 Built by the trail adopter this week — stoked to ride it this weekend (and maybe sneak in a few after-work laps too!) 😎🌙

Open from Hill Road down (river jumps down). The top’s taken a hit, lots of Deadfall and huge rain ruts — Working with the Adoptees - Descend to get a plan to get lines running again

👑 Tuhoto Ariki Exit

Timberlands are frost-plugging near the exit. Until they’re done, use Kataore G5 or Hatupatu G5. ❄️🚫

All good! ✅ Exits onto lower Billy T.

No longer exists above this point. Just part after the Tihi o Tawa exit now.

Seriously cannot believe how many peeps are ignoring signs to ride down Corners 😤

Five mins later: pushing bikes up through the slash saying “the trail just disappeared” 🤯

Yah, no kidding! Maybe it’s because of the giant signs that say closed?! 😅

There are 300km of trails here — just go explore, there’s tons to ride! 🧭

🛠️ Keeping trails closed, clearing them, making them safe, reopening — it all takes more time and money than you’d think.
