Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rotoruatrailstrust.co.nz with your order details. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that sale items and certain products are non-returnable.
